I made this guide for new players who have problems either connecting to the server or making money on it. If this guide didnt solve your problem, feel free to pm me ingame, my username is "and".
~~~How to get on server~~~to start playing sythzscape you need to download the client, to download the client follow this link
click here and click the start download button. Once you have downloaded the client, you have to download winrar if you havent already got it. To download winrar follow this link
click here and download the top one. Install winrar.
To extract the client open winrar and you should find a screen looking something like this.

Now i download all my files to the desktop, but if you download your files to other places, you can access them using the drop down bar (refer to I. on the picture). When you find the folder that you save your downloads to, you should see something called "Sythzscape client v1.4" (refer to II. on the picture) click on this file once, then look for the extract to button (refer to III. on the picture)
Extract it to desktop, once its finished you should have a folder called "Sythzscape client v1.4" look for something called run.bat (its found at the bottom if you arrange them alphabetical). Open run.bat and you should load a client. Once its finished loading you can start playing the server. Use any username and password to create a new account (if it says incorrect username or password the username is taken) and click log in.
~~~Getting Started~~~You should now be in a place that looks like this

If you run north, you will find a bank, this place is called home, and you can access it by using the home tele under your mage tab. There are also many other teles in sythzscape, you can explore them if you want or we could get onto the next part which will be making money.
To make money on sythzscape you can either skill or kill monsters. Skilling is training non combat skills. First off i suggest teleing to skiller (falador teleport) and you should be in a place that looks like this

I. is the tele you use to get to skillers.
II. is where to train runecrafting (buy ess from the npc near thieving)
III. is where you train woodcutting/firemaking you get money for burning logs.
IV. is where you train thieving/farming/cooking
V. is where you train mining/smithing
To make money killing npc's i suggest you train your combat stats to 70 in attack, strength and defence (when training use the controlled style because you get the same exp in all 3 stats meaning 3x faster) this may take a while because you get 200exp per hit. Once you are around 60-70 in each i suggest you buy a anti-fire shield from giles (he is located where you started, this area is commonly called "the shops"). You want to train on green dragons, these drop ancient staff (100m), dragon platelegs and plateskirt (16-30m, sell to herquin who is located at the shops for 16 if nobody is buying), clue scrolls (5-10m) and dragon bones. You are training here for the dragon bones. Prayer is a hard skill because green drags used to drop 10 noted bones but this got removed and no shop will sell them. You can either bury your bones on the spot or keep them till later and use on the alter at home (gives more exp)
Once you are around 70-80 in the combat stats you can make alot of money. You can make money by king black dragon (KBD) or mith drags. Both of these are located in the wilderness but its not too much of a worry because there are portals nearby to tele you back to safety. To get to KBD use the minigames teleport (Watchtower) and click KBD. KBD can drop bandos tassets, clue scrolls, ranger sets (robin hat and ranger boots), bandos chestplate and godswords. Mith dragon can drop dragon platebody, dragon claws and dragon fullhelm. KBD usually has more pkers and more hp, so i personally prefer mith drags.
To get to mith drags use your pk teleport and click magebank (dont worry as you wont be entered straight into the wildy yet), you should be in a place that looks like this

Once there click the white portal (refer to I. on the image) and you should be teleported to a place with a lot of snow. You should see a red portal a little to the east of were you are teleported to, this is used to escape, it will take you to barrows which you can tele home from. To kill mith drags run north of where you got teleported to and you should see one mith dragon. These have 400 hp and there is only 1 of them. Dont forget to bring your anti-fire shield, because its fire breath hits high through mage prayer, unlike KBD.
